Astrophotography
Astrophotography is a photographic discipline that involves taking highly detailed images of objects in the night sky. This can be of things as close as the Moon, to planets, to distant galaxies millions of light-years away.
Bengal Tiger
The Bengal Tiger is the true king of the jungle. I've been obsessed with tigers since first time I photographed a captive Amur tiger at my local wildlife park.
British Birds
A collection of Britains frequently seen birds.

360 Panorama
A collection of immersive 360-degree panoramic images documenting incredible landscapes from across the globe.
Bald Eagle
The Bald Eagle is a majestic bird of prey, known for being the national bird and symbol of the United States. Adults have striking white heads and tails with dark brown bodies and wings. Their beaks and feet are bright yellow. Juveniles, on the other hand, are mostly brown with mottled white patches and dark beaks. These powerful hunters are often found near large bodies of water, where they hunt for fish, their primary diet.
Brown Bear
The brown bear (Ursus arctos) is a large bear species native to Eurasia and North America. It’s one of the largest land carnivores, rivalled only by the polar bear. Brown bears are known for their distinctive shoulder hump, which is made of muscle and helps them dig through dirt when creating their dens.
Canadian Landscapes
This is a collection of landscapes taken in Canada. A particular fascination of mine is photographing mountain peaks with a telephoto lens and then stitching them together to create a 'mountainscape'.
Canadian Wildlife
As I explore this wonderful country, I am photographing all the wildlife I can, most of it new to me. This gallery is dedicated to this work. So if you're new to Canadian wildlife or a local, I hope you enjoy these images.
Drone Photography
I've been flying drones for over a decade and in that time have captured some stunning photographs. Here is a selection of my favourites.

Film Photography
This gallery showcases some of the photographs I've taken with my trusty Zenit 11 - all taken by me, developed by me and edited by me.
Fungi
A entire taxonomic Kingdom is devoted to fungi. From beer and bread, to antibiotics and packaging; fungi are relied on by millions of people every day.
Grey Seal
The UK's second largest mammal, or first before red deer depending who you ask. Grey seals breed in huge numbers across the UK's shorelines and is one the UK's best wildlife spectacles.
Macro Photography

Osprey
The osprey (Pandion haliaetus), also called sea hawk, river hawk, and fish hawk, is a diurnal, fish-eating bird of prey with a cosmopolitan range. These birds are the big kingfisher, diving into bodies of water to catch fish. Osprey visit the UK from Africa in Summer to breed. The best places to see these birds are in the Scottish Highlands, but you can see them in England as the move up the country.
Photomicrography
Exploring the hidden worlds that exist beyond the limits of human vision through high-magnification photomicrography.
Red Squirrel
The red squirrel is one of the UK's most endearing species; it's also one of the UK's most at-risk species. Their habitats have been destroyed across much of the country and the grey squirrel has out competed them for food. This means the red squirrel is limited to small pockets of the country.
Street Photography
Street photography isn't my main genre nor is it a genre that I'm particularly good at. What it is a way of being creative. Nature photography is often as much about reproducing what we see in nature in our photographs as it is being creative and this can stifle your creativity. Street photograph doesn't have such a constraint in my eyes. The below are a selection of images I've taken when out and about. They're not great, but they were fun to take and edit.
The Kingfisher
The Kingfisher is perhaps the UK's most vibrant and colourful bird. It's also one of the most enchanting. For the nature lover, little can compare to the feeling of excitement when one sees the characteristic flash of blue the Kingfisher is known for. Here is my gallery of photograph of Kingfishers. Almost all taken from one small spot in the middle of a nearby city.
The Red Kite
The Red Kite (milvus milvus) is a remarkably elegant bird of prey that can be easily recognised by its reddish-brown plumage, angled wings, and distinctive forked tail. Thanks to one of the longest-running conservation programs in the world, this species was rescued from the brink of extinction in the UK. It has since been successfully reintroduced to England and Scotland and is now protected under Schedule 1 of The Wildlife and Countryside Act.
The Zoo
Here are some of my top photos from UK Zoos.
UK Deer
The regal red deer is one of the UK's most photographed species. The royals dedicated huge swaths of land to keeping them for hunting which has left us with magical deer parks dotted across the UK. These are one of my favourite animals to photograph.
White Tailed Eagle
The White Tailed Eagle is the UK's largest bird of prey and one of the largest predatory birds in the world! Adults are dark brown with a bright white tail and a yellow beak whereas youngsters are mottled brown and white with a blackish beak. I've been fortunate enough to photograph White Tailed Eagles in both Scotland and Poland.
